A: Headliners NOLA Salon is located at 4141 Bienville Street, Suite 104, Studio 10 inside Sola Salons in Mid-City New Orleans.

A: We are open 7 days a week. Our business hours are Sunday to Monday from 8 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 7 PM. We are in the process of hiring more stylists and shampoo assistants to extend our business hours.

A: You can book an appointment through our website or here. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

A: No, we do not accept walk-ins because we are dedicated to providing each client with personalized and exceptional service. To ensure that we meet your individual loc care needs and maintain our high standards we operate by appointment only. This approach allows us to allocate adequate time and attention to each client, minimizing wait times and ensuring our stylist can deliver the best possible experience.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A: You are in control of your appointment unless it’s within the 24 hour of your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule on our booking app Vagaro. Deposits are required to secure appointments, and our cancellation policy will apply. If you decide to change your styling provider, you will need to call to change that appointment. Additional fees may apply.

A: We do not provide quotes for loc extensions and loc reattachments because these services are highly personalized and depend on various factors, such as the length, density, and condition of your natural hair, as well as the specific look you’re aiming to achieve. To ensure you receive the best possible results, we prefer to assess your hair via a consultation in person or virtually (using Zoom). This way, we can give you a more accurate estimate based on your unique needs and desired outcome.
