Locstars, you have to take care of your locs even at night. Here are a few tips on how to care for your locs while sleeping.
Covering your locs at night is important to minimize lint and fuzz from your bed. You need something to protect your locs from breakage, lint and other debris. I recommend a durable material that lock-in your natural moisture while allowing your hair and scalp to breathe.
Did you know sleeping on cotton pillowcases is harmful to your locs? Yes, cotton robs your locs of moisture causing breakage. I recommend satin pillowcases as they will not snag your hair to cause breakage or produce lint. If you do like covering your locs, use this option as an alternative.
While I recommend that you sleep on a satin pillowcase and wear a Dreadsock®, Loc Soc™, or a satin Du-Bag.
